Usually scheduled following a Superior or Deep Clean, these visits ensure your kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces remain in pristine condition.

What areas do you service?

We proudly service Sunbury (3429) and surrounding suburbs within a 30km radius. While we are happy to travel further, locations beyond this zone will incur a travel fee. Please contact us to confirm availability and receive a tailored quote for your specific location.

What cleaning packages do you offer?

We provide a range of tailored solutions to suit every home and requirement.
For residential upkeep, we offer our Standard maintenance package, a detailing Superior package, as well as NDIS-funded house cleaning for all packages.

We provide intensive Deep Cleans designed to effectively 'reset' your property.
It's the initial service required before transitioning to our Standard or Superior maintenance packages.
This ensures your home is at a pristine baseline for ongoing upkeep. 

We also partner with Airbnb hosts for turnovers and work closely with Real Estate Agencies for high quality pre-tenancy detailing and property upkeep. 

What are your service exclusions?

To maintain our high standard of quality and efficiency, we focus strictly on the residential tasks outlined in our service packages.
Our expertise is in internal home maintenance; therefore, our services do not include:

  • Internal oven cleaning (unless it's an End of Lease clean)

  • Professional window cleaning (internal or external)

  • Carpet steam cleaning

  • Mould remediation or biohazard cleanup

  • Heavy lifting of furniture or outdoor maintenance

Any tasks not explicitly listed in our package inclusions are considered outside our scope of service.

Do I need to be home for the clean?

Not at all. Many of our regular clients provide a spare key or secure gate/lockbox code. We treat your home with the utmost respect and security.
If you prefer to be home for the first clean to show us around, we are more than happy to accommodate that too.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No, we come fully equipped with high quality, eco-conscious cleaning products and professional grade equipment.
If you have specific preferences or allergies, please let us know!

What is your cancellation policy?

We value our time and yours. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee to cover our lost scheduling.

Are you insured and screened?

Your peace of mind is our priority. We are fully insured for Public Liability and have undergone comprehensive police background checks.
We are committed to providing a safe, reliable, and professional service every time we enter your home.

How do you handle pets?

We love pets! Our non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solutions are 100% safe for your furry friends.
We just ask that pets are secured or comfortable with vacuum sounds so we can work efficiently and safely.

How do I book your services?

Simply complete our Online Enquiry Form with your property details and preferred service.
From there we can arrange a complimentary walkthrough to provide a precision quote tailored to your needs.

How do I pay for my service?

Payment is straightforward and professional. Following the completion of your clean, you will receive a digital tax invoice sent directly to your nominated email address. We accept payment via secure bank transfer. We ask that invoices are settled promptly to ensure your future booking slots remain secured.
